Hello, having earned my MA in counseling and psychological services from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). In addition, I am pursuing to be a Certified Mental Performance Consult (CMPC) through AASP (Association for Applied Sports Psychology) and a PhD candidate at Hampton University.

Since 2020, I have worked as a Middle and High School Counselor. However, I have experience in both clinical and school-based settings. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, sports performance, and mental health during the recovery process after injuries. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach, primarily using CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused frameworks.

Hi, I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) practicing advanced generalist social work. After receiving my BA in Social Work from Concordia College - Moorhead, I went on to get my MSSW in Leadership, Management, and Entrepreneurship for Social Justice from Columbia University.

Since 2018 when I first received my license in social work and experiencing direct client work as a direct worker, Case Manager, and Care Coordinator; I realized I love the background processes of operations and needed to follow that passion. I gained experience in operations as a Communications Director; being a CEO intern at a private practice; and completing trainings in private practice marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
